Login in the left margin of the web page If you do not have a login ID and password then: Click here to Register for Support & Updates From the menu, also in the left margin, select "Software Tools" then select "EzyCashBook+ Update" you will see "EzyCashBook+ Release Version number" with buttons below, click on the "Download" button. A File Download grey box will be displayed requesting the action you want to take click on the SAVE button. The Save As window provides the option to select the directory you want to download into, a good choice is your desktop so you cannot fail to find it. Rename c:\Program Files\Ezycashbook\ezycashbook.exe to ezycashbook_old.exe then unzip the downloaded file and copy it into the directory c:\Program Files\Ezycashbook\. When you first open Ezycashbook it should prompt you to upgrade the database to 2.1.9.
Do I need to uninstall my current copy of ExyCashBook?
No. It's important for you not to uninstall. This update will only work if you have EzyCashBook version 2 installed. How do I tell what version I am running?
Simply run EzyCashBook and then click "Help" on the toolbar and then click "About". This will then present a screen informing you what version you have are running. It will probably be version 2. If so, then you need to download and run the update. How long will it take to download?
This update is 2.2MB and should not take longer than 12 minutes to download on a normal dial-up internet connection.
